One Big Hole
The first step in the pool building process is excavation. Our team came out to the property and excavated a hole big enough to fit the base of the pool which is 16x36' with a deep end of 7'.
All About That Base
After completing the dig, our team built the base frame for the pool. They used blocks to keep everything level, and installed all the nuts and bolts for the frame but it was not yet time to tighten them.
A Wall to Lean On
At the next visit, the team installed the walls for the pool and tightened all the nuts and bolts for the frame and walls of the pool. They then shaped the deep end.
One Step Closer
They installed the steps for the pool, double checked the bolts were fastened correctly, and added rebar inside the pool so they could prepare to pour the pool's concrete collar.
A Pop of Collar
The team poured the concrete collar. After it was set they installed the main drain for the pool and added vermiculite to the steps.
Pour Some Vermiculite on Me
The team poured vermiculite at the bottom of the pool and completed the concrete filter pad. Once the vermiculite had time to dry and set, the team was able to prep this pool for the liner to be installed!
Dark Blue Beaded Baby
The team installed a dark blue beaded liner which gives this pool a cool refreshing vibe.
Swimming Silly in the Sunshine
After installing the liner, the team completed the electrical bonding and set up the pool's filtration system. Once that was complete they back-filled the area around the pool and this project was complete! The client's family was so excited to use their brand new dream swimming pool.
