Bill D. was the field salesperson, it was great to gab with him, a really great guy, and so expert about all things swimming pool! Bill D. Was very instructive in making his assessment of the old pool and ground and the product (pool) we just purchased. In further discussion we decided to purchase a Hayward Salt System that should be quite beneficial to us physically and to the pool physically over time. Bill arranged the rest of the operation to install our pool, including materials delivered such as sand. All we needed to do was empty the old pool of water and then oversee. Great! We feel extremely confident in dealing with Bill for anything further needed for the pool. YES provides a litany of services we can choose from, which gives great peace of mind. 

The installation, again, awesome! We felt extremely lucky to get the team we did, they worked together like a Rolex watch mechanism! Fast! Flawless! And very fussy about the details...I was really satisfied with their workmanship and enjoyed their friendly and experienced personalities. They took the time to explain various points about the new pool  vs. the old, and showed us the shocking deterioration of the old pool's lower track and plating! The crew hardly took a break for lunch and removed the old pool and installed the new one in one very long and arduous day, and so carefully! 

YES, you have a great team in these guys, they are truly an asset! Great customer relations and very intelligent guys, and conversant! Not something you find in so many working these days, very enjoyable to communicate with. WELL DONE! Thanks is also extended to the office staff at YES for assisting us with the arrangements and then keeping us up to speed as the process went along. Rebecca was very supportive.
