Bye Bye Bye
Before beginning this installation it was up to the client to remove his fire pit and the stones in the area where the pool would be built. Our team needed clean ground to excavate and start the installation.
Level Up
For yards that do not have bobcat access or where a bobcat would create more damage than its worth, leveling can be completed by hand. This yard needed only 7 inches of leveling so our team had to dig the site by hand. Once it was level, the team built the base track for the pool and placed patio blocks under the posts to ensure leveling and add extra support from post to post.
Build That Wall
Pool installation includes the assembly of the provided pool kit, liner, skimmer and filtration system. Proper pool installation requires washed mason sand to be used as a protective cushion or bed under the pool for the liner to rest on. The team erected the pool wall and added sand to the bottom of the pool.
Liner Love
They installed the swimming pool's liner taking extra care to smooth any wrinkles on the bottom of the pool, then began slowly filling the pool with water to ensure no creases formed anywhere in the pool.
Filter Through
The team installed the filtration system for the pool, but did not complete the bonding for this swimming pool. The client requested to complete the electrical bonding himself which is why we make it optional on all our quotes.
Skimmer and Done
The last step in the process was to install the skimmer. The team lined up the skimmer plate against the precut wall opening on the inside of the pool, and connected the skimmer using several screws. They removed the excess liner along the inside of the skimmer plate to ensure there was an opening for water to move through freely. This replacement pool project was complete!
