Replacement Above Ground Pool, Hightstown NJ
Challenge
This client in Hightstown contacted YES Contractors to replace her 24' round above-ground pool with a 15x24 oval above-ground pool.
Solution
She hired our team to complete every step of the installation process. Since this was a replacement pool the team had to level the site entirely by hand. They installed the base track, pool wall and laid sand. Sand adds cushion and acts as a barrier between the ground and the pool's liner protecting it from any sharp objects that may be lurking in the ground below. It also helps to evenly distribute the wait of the pool preventing any cracks or sinking. The team installed the liner as well as the caps and ledges and instructed the homeowner to fill the pool with 8-10 inches of water at a time. This gave the liner time to stretch and conform to the pool without causing creases or wrinkles. Our team made a return visit to install the skimmer and filtration system, then began the trench and bonding process. Bonding your pool is super important. It prevents the transmission of any harmful electrical voltage to people, pets, or pool equipment. When the bonding was complete our team back-filled their trenches. This pool project was complete and the client was so excited to swim in her brand new above-ground swimming pool!
